Occasions

I am so excited for Occasions to become my official LNS!! When I went to check out the new Needlepoint section it was so happy, and the sales people were so excited!! I wish it would have been a little clearer which canvases were 13 mesh vs 18 mesh. They weren’t divided that way and there wasn’t any indication on the canvas itself what type of canvas it was, which made picking fibers for them a little ticklish. I LOVE the stretcher bar selection and the story of how locally sourced they are!! I had questions about which stretcher bars would’ve been best for the canvas I’d picked out, and ended up having to eyeball it myself. When I got home I realized I had the wrong size stretcher bars. I have high hopes this Norman institution will also become the LNS I brag about going to!!

Great place! They had freshly-stocked Thymes products (I love their Frasier Fir line). Helpful ladies. I visited on a special parents’ day for OU so they offered me a blended rosé, which was pretty great and totally unexpected.

Stopped into Occasions for a housewarming gift and the ladies there helped me quickly find something that fit my friend's vibe and they wrapped it beautifully! Huge selection of great items and personalized stationary. I will be back for my next gifting needs!!

They did an amazing job on my daughter's bid day gifts! The order was fulfilled perfectly, and the items were great quality. She was able to exchange an item of clothing for a different size the next day, and even picked up a few extra items in-store. I highly recommend this company for a great bid day experience!

We actually stumbled upon this store and I'm so glad we did! My husband and son were so excited they carried hot sauce in many different varieties. They have an amazing selection of party plates and napkins. They offer trial sizes in soaps, bathroom spray, laundry soap and so much more which is awesome. The staff is amazing and so kind. The prices are very good for the quality you are receiving, We will definitely be back to shop more.
